How can I book a session at the private spa?
How many people can access the spa at the same time?
Our private spa is designed for groups of 2 to 8 people. Each session guarantees you total exclusivity of the space, for an intimate and uninterrupted experience.
What facilities are available in the spa?
Our space includes a jacuzzi, a hammam, an experience shower, a relaxation area as well as the Suite Riposo for total relaxation. All facilities are cleaned and prepared exclusively for your group before each session.
What is the cancellation policy?
Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the session is subject to cancellation fees. We invite you to consult our rules of procedure or contact us for more details.
Do I need to bring my own towels or bathrobes?
No, everything you need is provided on site: towels, bathrobes, and slippers. You just have to turn up and enjoy your session.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, we offer gift vouchers available for all occasions: birthdays, hen and stag parties, celebrations, and much more. Contact us to find out more.
Is access possible for people with reduced mobility?
We do our best to welcome all our customers in the best conditions. Please do not hesitate to contact us before your visit so that we can organize your welcome as best as possible.
